This session will provide space for practitioners to discuss the challenges they are currently facing in their practices and successes in working with courts and others to keep record clearing moving forward during this time. The session will also cover how to message about why record clearing practice and policy reforms are important priorities, as we move into a phase of projected recession and unemployment where individuals with criminal records will be disproportionately harmed.
